Lead North American regulatory compliance across the United States, Canada, and Mexico support. Manage EPA, PMRA, FDA, OSHA, TSCA, and FIFRA requirements; maintain compliance calendars, policies, SOPs, training, audits, and customer documentation. Own the Intelligence Authoring SDS tool, support product and raw-material approvals, address safety and environmental concerns, and coach the Regulatory team while driving process improvements.

Plans and executes supply and inventory for approximately 975 packaged finished-goods SKUs and packaging materials. Translates demand into production and material plans, runs SAP MRP, releases and expedites purchase orders, manages shortages and constraints, and supports S&OP. Maintains inventory targets, planning master data, BOMs, and packaging specifications while improving OTIF, inventory turns, obsolescence, and data integrity. Coordinates with procurement, suppliers, operations, warehouses, and cross-functional partners, using dashboards and analytics to drive continuous improvement.

Leads North America’s Supply Chain Center of Excellence, governing end-to-end processes, SAP-enabled standard work, master data, analytics, training, inventory controls, audits, and continuous improvement. Manages COE teams and cross-functional process owners while developing transformation roadmaps, enforcing operational standards, improving service reliability, inventory accuracy, working capital, logistics costs, compliance, and planning performance.
