Leads process safety management, process engineering, maintenance, and capital project activities at a chemical manufacturing facility. Conducts HAZOPs, PHAs, MOCs, and risk assessments; manages projects from concept through commissioning; improves reliability, safety, and operational performance; supports manufacturing teams; and drives SHERQ and continuous improvement initiatives.

Develops new water-treatment business with existing and new customers, supports sales projects, identifies customer needs, selects chemical solutions, monitors inventory and opportunities, reduces costs, and provides technical training to sales teams. Requires industry knowledge, chemical application or sales experience, customer focus, persuasion, communication skills, a Category B driver’s license, and Portuguese and English proficiency. The role is flexible within São Paulo state and requires more than 70% travel.

Manage strategic corporate accounts in the pulp and paper industry across North America. Develop account plans, drive revenue and profitability, protect existing business, negotiate contracts, build executive relationships, coordinate cross-functional teams, resolve customer issues, forecast sales, assess market risks, and identify growth opportunities. The role requires bilingual English and French communication, extensive travel throughout Canada, and strong commercial, financial, and strategic account-management expertise.
