Works with freight forwarders, provides customer service, and supports the development and maintenance of department processes.

Coordinates air and ocean import shipments, customs documentation, clearance advances, freight delivery, entry preparation, tracing, proof of delivery, billing, profit determination, and customer service. Works with forwarders, ensures regulatory compliance with U.S. Federal regulations, and maintains department processes. Requires at least three years of relevant experience, intermediate Microsoft Office skills, and strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
