Provides courteous customer service to members and guests, enrolls members, processes renewals and registrations, resolves concerns, manages point-of-sale entries and cash reconciliation, maintains an organized service desk, distributes mail, and supports staff. The role also requires child protection compliance, administrative assistance, and obtaining CPR, First Aid, AED, and O2 certifications within 90 days.
