Schedules service calls, preventive maintenance, field and emergency service orders for the Power Systems division. The role answers scheduling calls, manages due lists, coordinates with field technicians, enters service orders in EquipSoft, identifies solutions to scheduling issues, attends meetings, supports organizational goals, and promotes safe work practices. It also requires customer communication, administrative coordination, multitasking, and ongoing professional development.

Promotes power generation systems, delivers engineering and contractor presentations, trains customers on power solutions software, supports system sizing and code compliance, provides technical assistance, and develops customer and company relationships. The role also involves attending trade shows, contributing to strategy, solving technical problems, and supporting business goals. Overnight travel, a clean driving record, background checks, and periodic drug screening are required.

Attend generator power systems training and service customer generators after graduation. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, repairs, preventive maintenance, paperwork, service truck parts inventory, vehicle upkeep, and recommending additional repairs to customers.
