Lead plant production, maintenance, scheduling and shipping with emphasis on safety and OSHA compliance. Manage supervisors, staffing, budgets, capital needs, quality control, inventory and continuous improvement projects. Analyze production and labor reports, implement corrective actions, and train/mentor management. Ensure customer specifications, nonconformance disposition, and maintain plant housekeeping and documentation.

Lead and coach the Reno sales team to drive market growth. Own local sales, recruit and develop reps, manage key accounts, negotiate pricing and contracts, resolve escalations, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet division objectives.

Manage office administration including supply inventory, front-office organization, document filing and forwarding to offsite accounting, order record reconciliation, customer service support, and assist site leadership with operational planning as the Reno site scales into a manufacturing facility.
