Participate in a 12–18 month sales training program to develop the knowledge and skills needed for an Account Executive role. Responsibilities include meeting sales and customer-service standards, achieving professional goals, reviewing progress with a Sales Manager, supporting business growth, following safety procedures, and maintaining professional conduct. The role requires communication, analytical, writing, Microsoft Office, teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret sales and operating documents.

Coordinates customer projects and orders from quoting and purchase-order processing through design, production, fulfillment, shipping, and logistics. Acts as liaison between sales, customers, creative services, procurement, manufacturing, and finishing teams. Maintains customer data, monitors production progress, identifies material needs, supports purchasing and inventory replenishment, and resolves issues while managing multiple priorities.

The HR Generalist administers daily HR operations, including benefits, payroll, leave, recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, claims, screenings, training, performance processes, and wellness initiatives. The role maintains employee records in UKG, supports employment-law compliance, assists with investigations and workforce administration, and provides occasional accounting and office support. This is a full-time position in an office and manufacturing setting with less than 10% travel.
