Teams at Buckeye Corrugated, Inc. (BCI)

Supervise and develop a 20–30-person production team, enforce safety and ISO standards, meet quality and output KPIs, manage production schedules, and drive continuous improvement. Monitor workflows, analyze production data, reduce costs, coordinate equipment repairs, maintain personnel records, and support machine operation and troubleshooting. The role also requires hands-on production-floor leadership, forklift operation, and maintaining a safe, efficient manufacturing environment.

Operate, set up, and clean corrugated converting equipment; feed machines; record production statistics in ERP; follow safety and ISO procedures; maintain tidy work area; perform other supervisor-assigned tasks. Role involves frequent lifting, manual handling, and physical activity.

Generate new business and meet sales goals within an assigned territory by targeting packaging solutions, preparing quotes and contracts, performing packaging audits, using PORT/Zoho and Microsoft Office, building customer relationships, making sales calls and presentations, and regularly traveling to plants, customer sites, and trade shows.
