Coordinates orders and projects between sales, clients, and internal teams. Responsibilities include quoting, processing purchase orders, tracking production and delivery, managing order changes, inventory analysis/replenishment, maintaining customer data, and supporting fulfillment, shipping, and logistics.

Participate in a 12–18 month sales training program to prepare for an Account Executive role. Learn corrugated packaging sales, meet sales and customer service standards, set and review professional goals with a Sales Manager, contribute ideas to grow the business, and maintain professional behavior in an office environment.

Operate, set up, and clean corrugated converting equipment; feed machines; record production statistics in ERP; follow safety and ISO procedures; maintain tidy work area; perform other supervisor-assigned tasks. Role involves frequent lifting, manual handling, and physical activity.
