Design, plan, and execute ultra-luxury, private aviation travel experiences. Manage end-to-end logistics, budgets, vendor and aircraft contracts, SOPs, health and safety, and member relations. Lead expedition teams on extended trips, coordinate with DMCs and local authorities, handle emergencies with trip physicians, and ensure exceptional guest experience.

Support planning, organizing, and executing luxury expedition itineraries; act as primary member contact pre/during/post trip; coordinate aviation, hotels, on-site logistics; manage on-trip funds and budgets; travel extensively to support groups and assist with vendor and crew coordination.

Provide high-level administrative support: manage calendars, coordinate vendors and travel, create and manage budgets and documents, handle IT support for devices, and follow projects to completion while maintaining vendor and client relationships.
