Design seasonal women’s cut-and-sew knit collections, producing sketches, technical packages, presentation boards, and tech packs. Research fabrics, colors, fits, and product concepts; conduct fittings with technical design; update styles and specifications; and approve fabric samples, lab dips, strike-offs, and other development materials. The role requires strong knowledge of women’s apparel, garment construction, wash processing, and vintage, military, and workwear styling while managing multiple deadlines.

Support the store manager by driving sales, profitability, and customer experience in a high-volume retail store. Develop sales strategies, analyze performance trends, set and exceed targets, recruit and coach team members, resolve customer concerns, and coordinate promotional events. The role requires strong leadership, communication, analytical, and retail sales management skills, along with availability for variable schedules, weekends, and holidays.

Lead knitting production by turning designs into prototypes and production, operate and maintain circular knitting machines, troubleshoot defects, oversee a knitting team, and ensure fabric quality and production deadlines.
