Lead computational analysis for research on intrinsically disordered proteins and regions. Develop reproducible pipelines, integrate HDX-MS, interactomics, cryo-EM, and molecular-dynamics datasets, apply statistical and machine-learning methods, create visualization tools, support experimental design, and collaborate with structural biology, proteomics, and computational modeling teams. Contribute to publications, technical reports, and open computational resources.

Provides comprehensive administrative and executive support to the Chief Scientific Officer, laboratory, Executive Team, and Board of Trustees. Responsibilities include calendar and travel coordination, correspondence, meeting and seminar planning, reimbursements, purchasing, event logistics, recruiting coordination, grant-related support, and office administration. The role requires confidentiality, excellent organization, communication, multitasking, judgment, and proficiency with office, database, graphics, and video conferencing technologies.

Conduct protein expression, purification, biochemical and biophysical characterization, and interaction, aggregation, and condensation assays involving intrinsically disordered proteins. Collaborate with computational scientists to interpret conformational ensembles, maintain experimental records, contribute to publications and presentations, and mentor junior laboratory members.
