Draft sophisticated estate and trust documents, counsel fiduciaries on administration and modifications, advise on property characterization and marital agreements, and manage complex planning projects with clients and outside advisors.

Drafts, edits, and finalizes corporate and transactional legal documents; supports entity filings, closing binders, checklists, calendars, deadlines, and attorney coordination. Communicates with clients, opposing counsel, and third parties, while handling billing, expenses, travel logistics, and confidential information. Requires strong organization, attention to detail, legal terminology knowledge, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and iManage. The role is primarily in-office in Orange County with limited hybrid flexibility.
