The Legal Assistant will draft and finalize legal documents, manage attorney schedules, track deadlines, and coordinate communications while maintaining confidentiality.

Provide high-level legal and business research using major databases, synthesize complex information into actionable intelligence, set up alerts, support training, manage requests and billing, and assist attorneys with timely, accurate research across practice areas.

Handle complex commercial and business litigation matters including drafting pleadings and motions, legal research, e-discovery and document productions, discovery support, and trial preparation under senior attorney supervision. Work involves contract disputes, business torts, fraud cases; consumer class action defense and healthcare litigation experience preferred.
