Conduct conflicts checks and analysis for new business, hires, and proposals; draft and review conflict waivers; maintain and correct conflicts database; advise attorneys and Risk Management on complex conflicts and outside counsel guidelines; support onboarding screening and ethical wall construction.

Provide legal research, draft pleadings and case documents, attend hearings, manage litigation matters from start to resolution, communicate with clients and supervising attorneys, and handle negotiation and case management tasks.

The role involves supporting litigation by reviewing cases, analyzing legal issues, preparing motions, managing cases, and assisting trial attorneys in various litigation tasks.
