Supports attorneys with drafting, proofreading, and finalizing transactional legal documents; prepares entity filings, closing binders, and transaction checklists; manages calendars, deadlines, communications, billing coordination, travel arrangements, and administrative logistics. Maintains confidentiality and ensures accuracy, organization, and compliance with legal formatting standards in a hybrid Sacramento law firm environment.

Manages accounts receivable processes, including monitoring balances, following up on overdue invoices, processing and applying payments, reconciling ledgers, resolving billing discrepancies, and preparing collections reports. The role communicates with clients, negotiates payment terms, supports cash flow objectives, and collaborates with internal teams. It is a hybrid position with four remote workdays per month in a law firm environment.
