Senior Counsel will represent secured and unsecured creditors in Chapter 11 proceedings, bankruptcy litigation, workouts, restructurings, receiverships, and related commercial disputes. Responsibilities include analyzing complex matters, drafting and arguing motions and briefs, managing discovery and pretrial proceedings, reviewing financial and bankruptcy documents, negotiating settlements, handling appellate matters, and independently managing complex cases. California licensure, a Juris Doctorate, and at least seven years of relevant experience are required.
