Own Bubble’s full-funnel paid media strategy, budget, execution, reporting, and optimization across retail media networks, DTC channels, social, search, and video. Lead Walmart Connect, Target Roundel, Ulta UB Media, Criteo, and Amazon-related initiatives; manage campaign activations and always-on media; build performance reporting; optimize ROAS, CAC, sales lift, and brand metrics; and collaborate with marketing, ecommerce, sales, creative, finance, and retail partners.

Senior Digital Designer responsible for creating and executing digital, motion, and graphic design across Bubble’s website, email, paid media, social, and retail channels. The role balances brand storytelling with performance and conversion goals, uses analytics to improve creative decisions, collaborates cross-functionally, evolves the visual identity, manages multiple projects, and mentors junior designers.

Own and grow Bubble’s TikTok Shop and affiliate commerce programs, including catalog management, promotions, merchandising, creator partnerships, commission structures, content seeding, and live shopping. Monitor GMV, conversion, AOV, margins, fulfillment, returns, and shop health. Convert ambassadors into affiliates, develop shoppable content, coordinate with Amazon and marketing teams, and scale social commerce while maintaining brand and regulatory standards.
