Lead client partnerships with Global 100/500 firms to design and deliver strategy-linked solutions, manage complex programmes, facilitate workshops and offsites, drive business development, and use digital tools (including AI and analytics) to translate strategy into measurable business outcomes.

Lead business development, design, and delivery of bespoke leadership development solutions for global clients. Facilitate engaging programmes, develop scalable learning architectures, lead internal teams, build client relationships, and create thought leadership. Role requires client-facing executive presence, collaboration, and up to 50% travel.

Provide in-office support for office operations and back-office tasks including managing supplies and pantry, basic PC/IT setup, handling mail/visitors/phone calls, assisting with events and client workshops, supporting expense reimbursements and invoice management, coordinating travel and vendors, and performing general administrative research and document preparation.
