Leads and grows BTS’s corporate coaching business by managing and expanding senior client relationships, originating new business, delivering executive, team, and group coaching, and developing coaching propositions. The role includes sales targets, proposal development, thought leadership, associate coach quality assurance, and leadership of internal teams. It requires strong executive presence, business acumen, coaching expertise, facilitation skills, and a substantial professional network.

Manages BTS Argentina’s daily finance and office operations, including invoicing, collections, cash flow, payments, reconciliations, suppliers, travel logistics, payroll administration, and employee documentation. Supports recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee engagement, and local compliance. The role reports to the Head of Office and Finance while coordinating with banks, accounting firms, vendors, headquarters, and regional offices. It also uses automation and AI tools to improve administrative processes and reporting.

Support consulting projects through client information gathering, research, data analysis, presentation preparation, workshop logistics, and client engagement. The intern will collaborate with consultants across multiple industries, help design customized learning experiences, facilitate virtual and regional programs, and contribute to project execution and business development in a team-based environment.
