Analyzes current and future foreign missile technologies, capabilities, vulnerabilities, advanced weapons, technical data, and tactics. Forecasts foreign ground, maritime, aerospace, and missile force developments; evaluates technology transfers and dual-use technologies; collaborates with engineers and scientists on nuclear weapons processes; and conducts supply chain vulnerability and procurement analysis. Independently develops rigorous qualitative and quantitative research approaches, reviews analytic products, and communicates findings across organizational boundaries.

Assess the cybersecurity posture of USMC defense programs, analyze foreign cyber capabilities and emerging technologies, identify network and intelligence gaps, gather publicly available information, and evaluate battlespace risks. Produce concise analytic reports and briefings using structured analytic techniques while addressing information assurance, computer network defense, computer network attack, collection requirements, and rules of engagement.

Analyzes current and future foreign lethal and non-lethal weapon systems, assessing capabilities, vulnerabilities, production, stockpiles, deployment, proliferation, and effects on U.S. and Coalition forces. Produces rigorous qualitative and quantitative intelligence products for national security, defense, and acquisition communities. Reviews analytic work for sound methodology, clear arguments, tradecraft standards, and evidentiary support while working independently across organizational boundaries.
