Provide on-site front-line technical support to a Sydney trading desk, maintaining network, storage, data-center, desktops and systems. Provide middle- and back-office support for the US Institutional Equity Desk: process trade bookings, allocations and confirmations; ensure T+1 settlement compliance; resolve trade discrepancies, aged fails, and unaffirmed trades; maintain DVP/RVP accounts; assist with daily EOD procedures, reconciliations, and escalation of operational risks including regulatory notifications, buyins, and corporate actions.

The Supervisory Analyst will review equity research reports for compliance, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and adherence to regulations. They will work closely with analysts and the compliance department, managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
