Support senior equity research analysts covering Consumer companies by conducting primary research and financial analysis, building and maintaining financial models, writing research reports and investment recommendations, tracking daily news flow, performing due diligence on industry trends and management, and developing relationships with company management, industry contacts, sales/trading, and institutional investors.

Provide middle- and back-office support for the US Institutional Equity Desk: process trade bookings, allocations and confirmations; ensure T+1 settlement compliance; resolve trade discrepancies, aged fails, and unaffirmed trades; maintain DVP/RVP accounts; assist with daily EOD procedures, reconciliations, and escalation of operational risks including regulatory notifications, buyins, and corporate actions.

The Supervisory Analyst will review equity research reports for compliance, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and adherence to regulations. They will work closely with analysts and the compliance department, managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
