The role collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders, improves business processes, manages data, diagnoses problems, and develops practical technical solutions while supporting multiple priorities.

Supports equity research report editing, compliance review, financial validation, regulatory disclosure checks, and publication through BlueMatrix. Reviews investment theses, valuations, language, data accuracy, attribution, and risk disclosures. Coordinates with research analysts on editorial and compliance concerns, approves presentations and communications, and ensures materials meet regulatory, style, and institutional-client standards.

Supports equity sales traders with order entry, trade allocation, booking, settlement issue resolution, institutional client service, onboarding, KYC/AML documentation, reporting, and real-time market monitoring. Maintains accurate trade and client records across OMS, EMS, CRM, and internal systems while coordinating with trading, operations, and external clients in a fast-paced environment.
