Supports Authorization and Accreditation processes for software systems, applying NIST-based controls and sponsor-specific security requirements. The role prepares ATO documentation, advises engineering teams on secure architecture and cloud configurations, coordinates with ISSMs, AOs, and security stakeholders, monitors security posture, and leads sponsor briefings. Experience with RMF, ICD 503, AWS security, DevSecOps, compliance tooling, and continuous ATO processes is valuable.

Participate in a summer software engineering internship developing an analytic-based web application as part of a collaborative team. Interns will help choose the application design and technology stack while gaining experience in modern software development, testing, DevOps, cloud services, databases, search technologies, front-end development, and machine learning. The program emphasizes mentorship, teamwork, communication, and preparation for potential post-graduation work supporting Northern Virginia customers.

As a Data Scientist, you will lead ML projects, optimize systems, evaluate models, translate business needs into quantitative problems, and mentor junior staff. You'll use NLP, evaluate model performance, and stay updated with ML advancements.
