Coordinate virtual, public, and in-house training programs across Brazil and LATAM. Manage scheduling, venues, technology, materials, enrollments, learner and instructor records, LMS data, customer support, certificates, payments, vendors, invoices, and reporting. Provide basic virtual-session technical support, collaborate with Sales and internal teams, and improve training processes and customer experience.

Audit client organizations and products against ISO 27001, ISO 22301, and other national and international management standards. Conduct audits remotely and onsite, build client relationships, assess business performance, and support continuous improvement. The role requires knowledge of information security and business continuity standards, fluent English and Swedish, and strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Prior auditing, consulting, account management, or project delivery experience is preferred but not mandatory because training may be provided.

Reviews and delivers medical device QMS certification decisions, supports ISO 13485, CE, and MDSAP audit schemes, investigates appeals, reviews audit reports, supports regulator and accreditation audits, advises global teams on applicable requirements, and verifies auditor competence. Requires medical device QMS and regulatory knowledge, ISO 13485 audit experience, understanding of certification principles, and an engineering or science degree.
