Coordinates audit scheduling from assignment through completion, aligning clients, auditors, and internal teams. Maintains accurate workflow and assignment records, manages deadlines and competing priorities, and resolves scheduling conflicts, cancellations, and emergencies. The role supports operational delivery and provides proactive service to internal and external stakeholders. Fluent German and English communication is required, with additional European languages advantageous.

Conduct independent TISAX and ISO/IEC 27001 information security audits, assess client ISMS effectiveness, prepare audit reports, present findings, and recommend certification decisions. Manage audit plans, schedules, client accounts, documentation, and corrective-action recommendations. Lead audit teams when needed, maintain client relationships, support account growth, and meet quality, utilization, operational, and financial targets. The role requires automotive-sector familiarity, Polish, German, and English proficiency, and travel to client locations when necessary.

Generate leads, conduct approximately 100 calls weekly, research prospects, identify business needs, build relationships with decision-makers, and schedule sales meetings. Maintain accurate CRM and performance data, collaborate with sales and marketing teams, report pipeline activity, and support promotional initiatives. The representative will communicate about environmental, health, and safety services while working toward phone-sales metrics and regional growth objectives.
