The Product Certification Auditor will conduct audits for antimicrobial resistance, prepare reports, manage client accounts, and ensure compliance in the pharmaceutical industry.

Coordinate and schedule onsite and remote audits across the UK&I, manage diaries and CRM data, negotiate client diary changes, identify resourcing for unbooked visits, meet KPI targets, handle client calls and escalations, and support business growth by communicating relevant services.

Lead regional growth for EHS consulting by developing strategy, building a personal and regional book of business, winning new opportunities, and overseeing complex safety and EHS engagements. Serve as senior advisor on safety management, regulatory compliance, risk management, and performance improvement. Mentor and scale consulting teams, collaborate with national service lines, represent BSI externally, and travel ~30–50% to support clients in energy, chemicals, manufacturing, and infrastructure.
