Monitor usage analytics to identify churn risks, resolve technical issues, communicate product value, and advocate for customer feedback. Support AI adoption in legal workflows, collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Engineering, and share best practices. The role also includes customer training, webinars, events, and occasional travel.

Manage customer success for BEAMON AI across the DACH region, helping legal professionals adopt AI products and realize business value. Responsibilities include monitoring usage and adoption, identifying churn risks, resolving technical issues, supporting renewals and expansion, gathering product feedback, and collaborating cross-functionally. The role also involves customer enablement, analytics-driven insights, webinars or training, and occasional travel to customers and events. Native German and fluent English are required, along with legal or legal-tech experience and comfort working with AI technologies.

Support execution of B2B SaaS multi-channel marketing campaigns, content distribution, event planning (virtual and in-person), basic customer/technical support, website and reporting updates, market research, and administrative tasks to drive brand awareness and pipeline growth.
