Lead daily operations of an affordable multifamily community: manage leasing, rent collections, budgets, compliance (move-ins/recertifications), maintenance coordination, resident relations, team recruiting/coaching, and owner/client communications while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Support the Community Manager with day-to-day property operations, leasing, rent collection, resident relations, maintenance coordination, compliance, financial reporting, and community engagement to maintain occupancy and service standards.
