Support the Community Manager with daily property operations, resident relations, leasing, rent collections, application screenings, maintenance coordination, lease renewals, marketing and resident engagement, financial recordkeeping, and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing and company policies.

Manages daily operations for a multifamily residential community, including team leadership, leasing, rent collections, budgets, compliance, maintenance coordination, resident communications, safety, and community engagement. The role also addresses resident concerns, supports client communications, and reports to the Asset Director. Candidates need multifamily leasing management experience, administrative and financial skills, MS Office and property management software proficiency, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
