Supports collegiate athletics communications across 12 intercollegiate sports by creating video, photography, social media, website, promotional, and media-relations content. Provides gameday coverage, operates livestream broadcasts, manages statistics and student workers, writes contest recaps, supports events and fundraising, and oversees mascot scheduling. Requires extensive night, weekend, outdoor, and event-based work, along with compliance with NCAA and conference regulations.

Serves as the functional and technical liaison for Workday Financial Management and other finance systems. Supports configuration, testing, upgrades, integrations, reporting, troubleshooting, data validation, workflow documentation, and user training. Partners with Finance, IT, vendors, and campus departments to improve financial processes, ensure compliance, and maintain accurate system data and reports.

Leads alumnae/i relations and development marketing and communications to support donor growth and fundraising. Develops annual multichannel communications strategies across direct mail, email, phone, web, texting, and social media; manages campaigns, content production, schedules, budgets, data pulls, and performance tracking. Oversees two communications staff members and collaborates with campus communications partners to ensure consistent institutional messaging, brand alignment, and measurable improvements in giving and participation.
