Plans and executes functional, interoperability, automated, and cybersecurity testing; manages Agile schedules, DevSecOps pipelines, test frameworks, traceability, technical documentation, risks, and release readiness. Reviews contractor deliverables, develops performance specifications and interface documentation, supports acquisition and systems engineering teams, and facilitates technical working groups and program reviews.

Leads enterprise architecture for a DoD biosurveillance platform, developing DoDAF and UAF products, data models, ingestion pipelines, integration strategies, governance standards, and cloud-native architectures. Guides software vendors and collaborates with engineering, data science, cybersecurity, and government stakeholders. Supports technical reviews, acquisition planning, cybersecurity alignment, Zero Trust, and AI/ML-enabled data platforms.
