Provides executive and administrative support to senior leadership and program personnel, including calendar management, communications, travel coordination through DTS, document preparation, records management, meeting and conference logistics, and classified-visit support. Conducts physical security checks, manages foreign national visitor notifications, maintains compliance with DoD procedures, and supports organizational events and reporting requirements.

Provides executive-level administrative, protocol, information management, scheduling, correspondence, briefing, travel, and task-tracking support to senior government and military leadership. Coordinates meetings, official engagements, records, action items, and Defense Travel System arrangements while handling sensitive or classified information. Requires strong judgment, organization, communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office in a Department of Defense contracting environment.

Leads software test engineering for Army CBRN command-and-control systems. Plans and executes functional, interoperability, cybersecurity, automated, and operational testing; manages Agile and DevSecOps testing activities, CI/CD integration, traceability, documentation, metrics, risks, and release readiness. Coordinates with government, operational, and contractor stakeholders during live test events and provides technical recommendations on software engineering, architecture, cybersecurity, and program execution.
