Lead end-to-end NetSuite implementations, advising clients on business processes, system architecture, configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, training, deployment, and post-go-live support. Conduct discovery, requirements gathering, process redesign, fit-gap analysis, and configuration workshops. Collaborate with technical teams, manage project activities, support client relationships, contribute to internal initiatives, and mentor junior staff.

Lead NetSuite consulting and managed services delivery for assigned client accounts. Serve as a technical account manager, subject matter expert, and primary client contact; oversee SLAs, workload, contracts, billing, renewals, profitability, and account reviews. Advise clients on ERP functionality and best practices, lead service-improvement initiatives, mentor consultants, coordinate geographically distributed teams, and design KPI dashboards. Travel up to 20% may be required for client visits.

Manage end-to-end NetSuite implementations across scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, change control, communications, and quality. Lead client meetings, coordinate consulting teams, maintain project plans and RAID logs, forecast utilization, monitor budgets, and support change management. Contribute to AI-augmented delivery, firm methodology, knowledge management, and consultant development.
