Process and reconcile deposit transactions, maintain accounts, research exceptions and fraud, support branches and customer service, ensure regulatory compliance, assist with system testing, reporting, audits, and fraud investigations.

Support TM Relationship Manager across sales, implementation, and client relationship management. Prepare proposals, BPRs, pricing proformas, and reviews; analyze client financials and portfolio trends to identify revenue and cross-sell opportunities; coordinate implementations and annual TM reviews; ensure client satisfaction and resolve revenue leakage. Participate in TM events and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive portfolio growth.
