Delivers training programs for bank employees, especially new hires, covering systems, processes, procedures, and job-specific responsibilities. Assesses training needs, facilitates sessions, adapts materials for diverse learners, provides feedback, advises managers, evaluates effectiveness, maintains manuals and records, and stays current on banking regulations and best practices.

Processes deposit operations accurately, including data entry, master-file maintenance, customer correspondence, incoming mail and faxes, wire-transfer disbursements, card and check orders, and daily balancing. Provides administrative and customer support to call center staff, affiliates, and internal and external customers while following financial institution policies and meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.

Support TM Relationship Manager across sales, implementation, and client relationship management. Prepare proposals, BPRs, pricing proformas, and reviews; analyze client financials and portfolio trends to identify revenue and cross-sell opportunities; coordinate implementations and annual TM reviews; ensure client satisfaction and resolve revenue leakage. Participate in TM events and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive portfolio growth.
