The Senior Director of Customer Support Operations will lead customer service initiatives, manage operational excellence, and drive CX strategy, ensuring customer satisfaction as the company scales.

Own and execute lifecycle marketing across Email and SMS (Klaviyo & Postscript): design multi-step flows, segmentation, A/B tests, deliverability, integration troubleshooting, cross-functional planning, and measurement to drive repeat purchase and LTV.

Owner of FP&A tasks including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling. Maintain financial data integrity (NetSuite), build dashboards, track store-level P&Ls, support investor/board materials, and collaborate cross-functionally to inform business decisions.
