The Director of Litigation Communications provides strategic advice, manages client communications during litigation, and leads business development efforts while overseeing account teams

Provide onsite and remote technical support for Washington, D.C. office and global colleagues. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and AV issues; manage incidents in the ICT service desk; support meeting room and device setups; participate in projects and escalations; provide occasional after-hours support.

Lead Foundry new-business efforts: intake and brief drafting, assemble and coordinate pitch teams, develop insights and win strategies, manage timelines and deliverables, coordinate creative concept development and AI-driven testing, produce pitch materials and rehearsals, handle post-pitch follow-through, and act as day-to-day project lead on select clients.
