Create user flows, wireframes, and polished interfaces; design developer-focused features; maintain the design system; gather user feedback; and improve usability and UX. Own complex product and platform features from RFC through rollout, improve code and team-process bottlenecks, collaborate with founders, designers, and customers, and drive engineering quality through testing, documentation, reviews, mentorship, and thoughtful trade-offs. Own and evolve Bruno’s product roadmap for its developer tools platform. Collaborate with engineering, design, and open-source communities to prioritize features, improve user experience, gather feedback, define requirements and success metrics, and expand the ecosystem through CLI tooling, integrations, and documentation.

Build and maintain reliable, scalable core platform components for Bruno, an open-source Git-native API client. Collaborate with product, design, founders, engineers, and customers to deliver end-to-end features quickly. Participate in code reviews, promote testing, documentation, and readable code, and make thoughtful speed-versus-quality tradeoffs. The role emphasizes product thinking, ownership, technical leadership potential, and contributions to open-source or developer-focused products.

Own QA strategy across Bruno’s desktop app, CLI, and API workflows. Build and lead automated E2E, regression, and unit testing pipelines; define quality benchmarks, testing processes, and release standards; collaborate with Engineering and Product to identify defects; address edge cases and cross-platform reliability; and improve documentation, tooling, and test coverage.
