The CRM Manager will lead customer relationship management for Brunello Cucinelli Japan, embedding CRM culture across boutiques and coordinating with the global CRM team. Responsibilities include improving customer data quality, acquiring and developing clients, driving omnichannel contact strategies, creating event and clienteling targets, training store staff, monitoring analytics and reporting, managing CRM initiatives, and controlling the local CRM budget.

Represent the luxury fashion brand in the boutique by providing exceptional customer service, guiding clients through collections, conducting sales transactions, maintaining product knowledge, and supporting visual merchandising. The role also includes managing window and in-store displays, organizing warehouse inventory, and collaborating with colleagues under the Store Manager. Candidates must communicate courteously with international customers and uphold the brand’s standards of elegance, discretion, and service.
