Two-week intensive in-person program at Brunello Cucinelli’s Solomeo HQ teaching style, product knowledge, visual merchandising, garment organization, customer relationship development, and commercial approaches across international sales channels. Participants attend workshops with Retail, Creation, and Distribution managers to build luxury retail skills and brand understanding.
