Lead the development of an autonomous drone robotics stack, including control architecture, navigation, path planning, fleet orchestration, inspection systems, and reliable onboard operation. Design systems for large, unstructured outdoor environments and challenging weather and connectivity conditions. Make technical decisions, remain hands-on, and lead, coach, and mentor a small engineering team while deploying production robotics systems across domestic and international field locations.
