Build, test, and maintain full-stack features across B2C and B2B platforms, including backend services, APIs, frontend interfaces, and databases. Collaborate with Product, Design, and Commercial teams to deliver user-focused products. Own software quality, reliability, troubleshooting, performance, architecture, and development-process improvements. The role also involves product ownership and using AI tools to improve individual and team effectiveness.

Own the full B2B sales cycle, from prospecting and outreach through pitching, negotiation, and closing. Coordinate client onboarding, maintain post-sale relationships, identify growth opportunities, monitor market and competitor activity, and provide strategic input on pricing and processes. Track pipeline, sales performance, and client health through monthly reporting while collaborating with Product, Growth, and Member Support. The role is based in Stockholm with a hybrid work setup.

Provides administrative and operational support to Partner Managers by coordinating partner outreach, events, activations, logistics, records, and follow-ups. Captures photo and video content at partner events for marketing and internal use. This part-time student role requires fluent Norwegian, English proficiency, strong organization, relationship-building skills, and availability for on-site evening and weekend work in Oslo.
