Jobs at BRT EXTRUSIONS INC

Supervise up to seven employees on an extrusion press shift, enforce safety and quality, train and coach staff, oversee die changes and press operations, record production in EPICS, handle attendance and performance issues, operate industrial equipment, and ensure production efficiency and compliance with company policies.

Inspect, measure, and pack aluminum per customer specifications; move racks and materials, cut wood for bundles, use basic hand tools, document production data, and follow safety and packing procedures in a noisy factory environment.

Manage and lead a manufacturing/coatings department: hire/train/schedule staff, oversee ovens/conveyor operations, ensure quality and ISO documentation, manage maintenance, inventory, safety compliance, and implement process improvements to meet production and quality targets.
