Supports B2B sales and quoting by following up on inquiries, researching prospects, contacting customers, preparing accurate project quotes, entering and tracking CRM data, and addressing product questions. Builds customer relationships, supports the sales process through and beyond closing, and creates marketing materials including social media content, newsletters, flyers, and promotional materials.

Troubleshoot, maintain, commission, and improve industrial control systems and automated aluminum extrusion equipment. The technician works with PLCs, HMIs, drives, motion controls, instrumentation, safety systems, and industrial networks. Responsibilities include diagnosing electrical and mechanical issues, tracing ladder logic, replacing and configuring components, performing root-cause analysis, documenting repairs, managing work orders, and escalating advanced programming or engineering changes. The role supports Controls Engineering, Maintenance, and Production while reducing downtime and improving equipment reliability.

Supports financial reporting and month-end close through journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules. Coordinates audits and tax filings, maintains internal controls, and collaborates with accounts payable and receivable teams. The role also supports merger integration, standardizes accounting processes and reporting, improves workflow efficiency, and ensures accurate and timely financial information.

Analyzes operational and financial performance, including KPIs, margins, cost drivers, EBITDA, budgets, CapEx plans, forecasts, and cash flow. Produces production reports, validates data, improves reporting processes, and partners with accounting, operations, department leaders, and management to identify profitability and efficiency improvements.

Supports aluminum extrusion manufacturing by troubleshooting processes, monitoring production performance, analyzing process data, improving equipment efficiency, and contributing to Lean and continuous improvement initiatives. Assists with equipment upgrades, commissioning, preventive maintenance, quality investigations, CAPA, process documentation, and safety improvements. Collaborates with Engineering, Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Safety teams in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
