Supports electrical engineering design and construction documentation for power, lighting, grounding, communications, fire alarm, and related systems. Performs electrical, short-circuit, voltage-drop, and photometry calculations; coordinates with other disciplines; reviews construction progress at job sites; conducts document quality checks; and participates in training and mentorship under senior engineers.

Supports contract managers and project teams by reviewing subcontracts, purchase orders, insurance certificates, NDAs, and compliance documentation. Interprets and summarizes FAR, DFARS, ITAR, and CUI requirements; coordinates subcontract award packages and bid flow-down documentation; maintains contract records; reviews redlines; assists with negotiations; and advises finance, project managers, and administrators on subcontract lifecycle obligations.

Manages complex architecture, engineering, and construction design projects from scope development through closeout. Responsibilities include project planning, budgeting, scheduling, contracts, risk management, quality control, client and team coordination, reporting, invoicing support, construction administration, and mentoring staff. The role requires coordination with customers, consultants, contractors, agencies, and internal teams while maintaining project quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
