Mechanical Engineer Intern supporting BRPH’s architecture, engineering, and construction projects from the Tempe office. The role requires pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and experience with AutoCAD or Revit. Responsibilities may include assisting engineering teams with design and project tasks, with physical requirements involving vision and focus abilities.

Provides administrative support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, personnel records, recruiting coordination, training support, HRIS updates, compliance documentation, employee communications, reporting, and HR events. The role maintains confidential files, conducts background checks and E-Verify submissions, answers routine employee and applicant questions, and supports HR Business Partners and the Training Manager.
