Lead and coordinate preconstruction from pursuit through turnover: cost estimating, quantity takeoffs, bid packages, constructability reviews, value engineering, subcontractor procurement, risk mitigation, and handoff to operations while supporting client meetings and design coordination.

Manage architecture/engineering/construction projects from scope and budgeting through closeout. Lead project teams, communicate with clients and contractors, prepare proposals/contracts and bidding documents, perform construction administration and site visits, control schedule and profitability, mentor staff, and maintain project documentation and reporting.

The Architect will perform complex architectural tasks, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, prepare project specifications, manage construction documentation, and mentor junior staff, ensuring client-focused design solutions.
