Design and produce architectural drawings for hospitality projects using AutoCAD/Revit, perform code research, cost estimating, site reviews and construction administration, mentor junior staff, coordinate disciplines, assist with budgets, proposals and client communication.

Lead architectural vision and technical design for complex projects from programming through construction. Partner with clients, facilitate design workshops, produce planning concepts, guide multidisciplinary teams, ensure technical constructability, and deliver high-quality visualizations and documentation while mentoring staff and preserving design intent.

Process and ensure accurate, compliant payroll; manage accounts payable, receivable, and expense reimbursements; support general ledger entries and subsidiary reconciliations; prepare payroll tax reports; coordinate with HR on benefits and payroll actions; assist Controller with accounting tasks and invoice submission; perform other duties as assigned.
