Lead marketing strategy and operations by partnering with GTM leaders to build coordinated growth plans, run quantitative and qualitative research, generate market and competitive insights, manage marketing database hygiene and CRM (Salesforce) processes, and deliver data-driven recommendations to improve marketing performance and account enrichment.

Own and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise SaaS accounts through renewals, upselling, cross-selling, and expansion. Build trusted relationships with engineering leaders, technical stakeholders, and executives; identify growth opportunities using customer usage and business goals; mitigate renewal risks; conduct onsite customer meetings; coordinate cross-functionally; and maintain Salesforce hygiene for forecasting and account management.

Manage onsite datacenter and test-lab infrastructure, including Linux, macOS, Android, and iOS device fleets. Responsibilities include provisioning, OS troubleshooting, scripting, networking, rack infrastructure, environmental inspections, asset tracking, Jira incident resolution, Confluence documentation, vendor supervision, and collaboration with global engineering teams. The role requires strong command-line administration, mobile hardware management, networking knowledge, and 2–4 years of IT operations or systems administration experience.
