Manage and grow the Calalloo journal’s website and social media presence by creating weekly newsletters, blog posts, and digital features; maintain CMS content; produce images and basic video; analyze engagement; support fundraising and communications; and amplify the journal’s visibility globally.

Provide on-site and remote desktop, OS, hardware, AV and peripheral support for the School of Engineering. Triage help tickets, troubleshoot devices and software, escalate as needed, support projects and cover colleagues, and deliver strong customer service in an academic environment.

Manage pre- and post-award grant portfolios across campus, including budget planning, financial analysis, payroll reconciliation, purchasing oversight, account management, effort certification, salary reallocations, and training/advising grants and finance staff. Provide research administration support for federal and non-federal sponsors and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
