Teams at Brown University

Serves as the central HR liaison for the School of Engineering, advising managers and administrators on recruitment, hiring, onboarding, employee relations, policies, compensation, equity reviews, and employment law. Administers Workday processes, student employment, payroll issue resolution, new-hire orientation, and annual performance reviews. Provides HR training, guidance, and confidential support while coordinating with University Human Resources and triaging complex employee matters.

Leads the artistic administration and production of Rites and Reason Theatre’s annual season, including new works, devised theatre, staged readings, symposia, guest artists, and signature events. Develops artist relationships, guides productions from concept through opening, manages concurrent projects and budgets, coordinates scheduling, cultivates audiences and institutional partnerships, and collaborates with faculty, staff, students, and artists to advance the theatre’s scholarly and community mission.

Manages employer recruiting and alumni engagement programs, including on-campus and virtual events, mentoring initiatives, outreach, job postings, billing, interviews, communications, data collection, surveys, budgets, and BrownConnect+ and Handshake systems. Builds employer and alumni networks, supports students and partners, contributes to career center initiatives, and collaborates across university departments. Occasional evening or weekend work may be required for events.
