Provide high-level administrative, operational, and logistical support to the Senior Vice President for Advancement and senior advancement leaders. Manage complex scheduling, domestic and international travel arrangements, meeting materials, reimbursements and invoices, and act as liaison with leadership, staff, alumni, and external constituents. Prepare reports, research, and documentation; prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Coordinate day-to-day operations of the Brown men's lacrosse program: logistics, travel planning, compliance with NCAA/Ivy rules, athlete and public interaction, administrative support, communications, and media/video assistance while supporting the head coach.

The Learning Designer collaborates with faculty to design online courses, providing support in instructional design, project management, and technology integration to enhance learning experiences.
