Lead and administer public safety applications (access control, VMS, dispatch/records, recording, communications). Provide end-user support and training, develop technical documentation and test plans, lead cross-training, manage Kanban-based workflows, and coordinate upgrades, patches, testing, and change management.

The Grants and Financial Coordinator handles grant proposals, funding contracts, and financial services, ensuring compliance and effective budget management. Acts as backup HR Coordinator and assists with recruitment processes.

Manage partner engagement programs, employer and alumni recruitment, and related events (virtual and on-campus). Oversee administrative operations, communications, data collection and systems (BrownConnect+, Handshake), support budgets, and collaborate across campus to expand mentoring and recruiting networks for student career outcomes.
