Leads fundraising operations for major and principal-level donors across regional programs. Responsibilities include cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding donor relationships; designing and executing engagement activities; coordinating proposals and advancement initiatives; prioritizing University leadership involvement; managing confidential prospect information; and training Development Associates and Coordinators. The role requires strong planning, communication, analytical, CRM, data management, and presentation skills, with occasional evening and weekend availability.

Supports Brown University's College through workflow automation, data gathering, analysis, visualization, dashboard maintenance, and operational reporting. The specialist maintains existing data systems, designs and tests algorithmic solutions, coordinates the university-wide course feedback process, and helps implement new systems with analysts and engineers. The role also provides operational support, collaborates with faculty and staff, protects sensitive information, and translates complex technical findings into actionable insights for leadership.

Supports the Vice President of Development and Principal Gift Program by coordinating donor communications, stewardship, proposals, prospect pipelines, briefings, events, scheduling, and follow-up. Manages information repositories, provides strategic and logistical support, and represents the VP across Advancement. Requires strong organization, discretion, communication, relationship-building, project management, and proficiency with Microsoft, Google, presentation, and virtual meeting platforms.
