Provide perioperative nursing care in the operating room under Nurse Manager supervision. Assess patients, implement and document nursing interventions, respond to emergencies, maintain safety and infection control, and coordinate care with the healthcare team. May provide direction to LPNs/CNAs and assume shift charge responsibility as assigned.

Provide clinical and operational leadership during evening and night hours, oversee hospital departments in managers' absence, support nursing staff across all age groups, coordinate patient placement and case management, ensure regulatory compliance, staff competency, safety, education, and cost-effective staffing. Serve as resource for critical events and participate in continual improvement and interdepartmental collaboration.

Provide care and safety to children and adolescents in an inpatient therapeutic milieu. Coordinate and oversee milieu treatment, implement and monitor behavior management plans, supervise and orient milieu staff, develop in-service training, manage staff scheduling, participate in treatment team consultations, and document care under RN direction.
