Protects patients, staff, visitors, property, and hospital facilities through patrols, access control, emergency response, de-escalation, incident investigation, fire and life-safety support, and accurate reporting. Operates CCTV and access-control systems, responds to security and emergency codes, maintains confidentiality, supports drills, and may remain onsite during emergencies. The role requires calm performance in high-stress situations, physical ability, and overnight availability including weekends.

Provides direct patient care and activities of daily living support to Emergency Department patients under RN supervision. Performs specimen collection, cardiac monitoring, EKGs, treatments, admissions, transfers, and discharges. Handles clerical duties including medical records, communications, diagnostic test follow-up, computer documentation, supply management, and patient flow coordination. Maintains safety, infection control, confidentiality, emergency readiness, and required competencies.

Coordinates supply chain logistics activities across procedural, distribution, and central supply areas. Trains and assigns staff, maintains schedules, monitors performance, manages inventory and par levels, coordinates supply deliveries and special orders, handles urgent requisitions, prepares reports and records, supports audits, and assists with process improvements, recruitment, competency assessment, and employee issue resolution.
