Pick, palletize, and prepare product for shipment on the night shift by following work instructions, operating pallet jacks/forklifts, reading pick sheets, and meeting accuracy and safety standards in multi-temperature warehouse environments.

Supervise daily shuttle drivers and operations at a Shuttle Point location: manage driver performance, safety, compliance with regulations and electronic logs, route planning and scheduling, training, audits, accident investigations, equipment condition, and customer service. Serve as driver when needed and assist hiring, retention, and continuous improvement.
