Handle commercial motor fleet new business: quote and bind cover, convert inbound/outbound enquiries, liaise with insurers and clients, process mid-term adjustments, prepare market presentations, cross-sell products, manage calls and data entry, maintain training records, and suggest business improvements.

Support the compliance team by investigating and resolving policy and FCA-related complaints, logging incidents, assisting with internal and FCA reporting, overseeing appointed representatives, reviewing processes and financial promotions for compliance, and recommending improvements.
