Provide FCA regulatory advice to partner brokers, conduct health-check and regulatory visits, assess compliance, monitor and update action plans, escalate non-compliance, and support brokers to meet regulatory obligations. Role requires regular regional travel and stakeholder communication.

Sell, renew and advise on commercial insurance contracts for an assigned client book; handle new enquiries; manage renewals and mid-term adjustments; produce submissions and negotiate with insurers; maintain client documentation, comply with FCA regulations, provide technical support and collaborate with colleagues to meet business targets.

Lead quality engineering within cross-functional squads: define and execute test strategies, introduce modern testing tools, drive automation, performance, security and accessibility testing, monitor quality metrics, support CI/CD, mentor engineers, and establish dashboards to drive continuous improvement.
