Conducts first-line quality and compliance activities within an FCA-regulated financial services business. Responsibilities include file audits, regulatory and conduct risk monitoring, complaint investigations, DSAR processing, sanctions-match reviews, breach escalation, maintaining records, trend analysis, training support, and implementing remedial actions to promote compliance and positive customer outcomes.

Supports the Claims Team in managing commercial insurance claims from first notification through settlement. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, liaising with clients, insurers, loss adjusters, solicitors, and other third parties, and assisting with claim progression. The role provides training, mentoring, and exposure to motor, property, public liability, employers’ liability, and specialist commercial claims.
