It is based on-site in Fareham, Hampshire, with performance-related incentives and progression opportunities.

Oversee insurance schemes, facilities, portfolio placements, and strategic insurer relationships across the South East. The role negotiates capacity, pricing, coverage, service, and commercial terms; identifies opportunities to consolidate business; develops new placement solutions; monitors arrangement performance; coordinates insurer engagement; and serves as the senior escalation point for complex placement and capacity issues.
