Provides safety, property loss control, and risk management consulting to commercial customers. Conducts facility assessments, analyzes losses and trends, develops mitigation plans, coordinates insurers and customers, prepares COPE reports, supports property inspections, and delivers training and webinars. Applies NFPA and FM Global standards, fire protection expertise, OSHA requirements, and workers’ compensation best practices. The consultant also supports renewals, new business opportunities, construction risk reviews, and customer recommendations.

Leads financial business transformation projects spanning Finance, Operations, and Technology. Directs business analysis, solution design, prioritization, workflow improvement, system evaluation, and cross-functional problem-solving. Ensures solutions support accounting integrity, reporting accuracy, and scalability. Mentors analysts, develops policies and training materials, coordinates with vendors and leadership, and supports month-end and quarter-end reporting. Requires strong finance and accounting expertise, project management knowledge, communication skills, and willingness to travel 5–10%.

Owns and prioritizes the product backlog, defines user stories and acceptance criteria, and represents customer and stakeholder needs for a Scrum squad. The Product Owner collaborates with technical teams, participates in Scrum ceremonies, makes timely product decisions, evaluates sprint deliverables, tracks KPIs, and drives continuous product and process improvement. The role requires product management or business analysis experience, Agile and Scrum knowledge, customer focus, and familiarity with delivery and CRM tools.
