The Benefits Consultant manages employee benefits accounts, advises clients on compliance, analyzes financial metrics, and provides client reporting and strategies.

Drive new property & casualty business by prospecting, presenting tailored insurance solutions, and closing deals. Collaborate with leadership and service teams to meet sales goals, maintain market expertise through networking and development, and perform assigned projects. Maintain required producer licenses and periodically travel for client meetings.

Serve as primary client service contact, lead account servicing and mentoring, design and market complex insurance programs, negotiate with underwriters, manage renewals and proposals, monitor policy issuance, and identify new business opportunities.
