The Business Intelligence Analyst will analyze pharmaceutical transaction data, develop visual data models, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive insights and improvements in business strategies.

Support renewal and new-business sales for health and welfare programs by gathering data, preparing RFPs, evaluating carrier quotes, producing plan comparisons and cost analyses, maintaining account documentation, coordinating carrier/vendor communications, and supporting marketing and account teams.

Support workplace safety and compliance by preparing and editing safety reports, collecting and maintaining records, analyzing safety data, coordinating and delivering bilingual (English/Spanish) training, handling client engagement and administrative tasks for safety consultants, and staying current on safety regulations and industry trends.
