Manage small-group employee benefits accounts end-to-end: renewals, open enrollment, onboarding, compliance, carrier relations, claims advocacy, client presentations, and identifying cross-sell opportunities while ensuring accurate documentation and regulatory adherence.

The Commercial Producer will develop new business, manage client documentation, support cross-selling strategies, and ensure compliance with corporate policies.

Manage day-to-day Express business customer service inquiries via phone and email, process certificates/endorsements, support brokers/customers, learn and use the Express online system, review bound reports for acceptable risks, and assist in follow-up and small sales opportunities to protect underwriting profitability.
