Support workplace safety and compliance by preparing and editing safety reports, collecting and maintaining records, analyzing safety data, coordinating and delivering bilingual (English/Spanish) training, handling client engagement and administrative tasks for safety consultants, and staying current on safety regulations and industry trends.

Sell and renew employee benefits accounts by prospecting, presenting services, closing new business, and working with leaders and service teams to meet sales goals. Network in target markets, generate appointments, and support client service delivery. Travel and motor vehicle requirements may apply.

Handle first- and third-party commercial auto property damage claims and select BI/MedPay/No-Fault claims. Assess coverage, investigate and resolve claims, manage reserves, oversee independent adjusters and vendors, pursue subrogation, prepare correspondence and claim reports, and work with clients, brokers, and attorneys.
