Manage day-to-day Express business customer service inquiries via phone and email, process certificates/endorsements, support brokers/customers, learn and use the Express online system, review bound reports for acceptable risks, and assist in follow-up and small sales opportunities to protect underwriting profitability.

Support the commercial insurance team with data entry, AMS reporting, endorsements, certificates, loss runs, renewal questionnaires, invoicing, and policy delivery. Perform clerical tasks, assemble proposals, maintain confidentiality, attend in-house training, pursue industry designations/licenses, and prepare to advance to a Customer Account Manager role.

Develop new and existing employee benefits business through prospecting, client relationship management, risk assessments, proposal development, and negotiation. Provide ongoing advice to improve clients' insurance and risk management programs, coordinate with carriers and internal teams, resolve complex claims disputes, and maintain required licensing and industry knowledge.
