Lead creation and scaling of a centralized Power BI function: define team structure, governance, semantic models, security, lifecycle management, and standards. Build certified datasets, implement complex row-level security, combine cross-division data responsibly, deliver high-quality reports, and partner with stakeholders to translate needs into governed data products and executive reporting.

Support regional finance and operations through FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, variance analysis, and strategic planning. Partner with team leads and profit center leaders, prepare ad hoc and monthly reports, mentor finance staff, and assist senior finance partners.

Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts as the primary client contact: handle policy servicing, endorsements, certificates, billing, renewals, exposure analysis, and identify coverage gaps and cross-sell opportunities while maintaining accurate records in agency management systems.
