Lead and grow multiple offices in the NW by driving revenue, profitability, sales execution, and talent development. Act as a player-coach to mentor producers, implement sales strategies, manage P&L, strengthen carrier/retail relationships, and use analytics to improve performance. Responsible for operational consistency, accountability, and up to 60% regional travel.

Lead the regional financial operations audit team: manage daily operations, recruit and develop staff, oversee and complete audits, review and issue audit reports, ensure IIA standards compliance, advise stakeholders, approve expenses, and drive continuous improvement.
