Performs client due diligence and KYC profile maintenance for existing clients. Responsibilities include completing CID renewals, collecting and reviewing documentation, conducting external checks, recertifying KYC packages, completing event-driven renewals and remediation, monitoring AML/BSA requirements, identifying red flags, coordinating with Compliance, Risk and Front Office teams, and supporting KYCView testing.

Leads the strategy, engineering, administration, and operations of enterprise voice and unified communications platforms. Manages Avaya, Microsoft Teams Phone, SBCs, SIP trunking, call routing, contact center integrations, service monitoring, resiliency, security, and modernization initiatives. Oversees technical teams, vendors, carriers, budgets, incident management, and migration projects while serving as the senior escalation point for critical communication-service issues.

Leads the enterprise identity and access management security program, including authentication, authorization, privileged access, identity governance, lifecycle management, access reviews, and Zero Trust controls. Defines strategy and multi-year roadmaps, modernizes workflows through automation, ensures regulatory and audit compliance, partners with business and technology stakeholders, and builds a skilled IAM workforce. The role oversees cloud, on-premises, hybrid, and non-human identities in a highly regulated financial services environment.
