Serve as a data subject-matter expert for Capital Partners, translating business needs into requirements, user stories, and tactical data solutions. Partner with front-office, investment, and technology teams, support UAT, create data catalogs/flow diagrams, and drive process improvements to advance an AI-ready data platform.

Lead and build the AI layer for an AI-native data integration platform: select and manage LLMs, design RAG and agentic architectures, implement transformation generation and validation, integrate AI into workflows, establish monitoring/evaluation, and define responsible AI practices for financial services.

Responsible for preparing and reviewing financial reports, accounts reconciliations, statutory financial statements, and supporting external audits in a finance team.
