Support design team with coordination of deliverables, specification production, QA/QC documentation, project schedules, collaboration sites, construction administration tasks, and basic project management under moderate supervision.

Support senior designers to create and format graphics, layouts, slides, illustrations, and animations for proposals, presentations, and collateral. Maintain brand compliance, proof and edit materials, manage multiple deadlines, track project hours, attend workload meetings, and follow Creative Services processes while seeking feedback and continuous improvement.

Support Maui post-disaster recovery by managing and developing project data systems, building backend database structures, updating website front-ends, and producing internal and external data metrics and visualizations to inform project leads, improve forecasting, and enable transparent, resilient infrastructure decision-making.
