Design and develop electrical systems and drawings using Revit and AutoCAD, including cable tray, conduit, lighting, devices, and circuit layouts. Coordinate cross-discipline models, manage equipment/panel schedules, ensure regulatory and project requirements are met, and mentor junior staff. Work with limited supervision and exercise independent judgment within engineer-defined scope.

Lead delivery of large, complex water/wastewater capital programs. Oversee program teams, strategy, budget controls, schedule, risk, quality, stakeholder engagement, and change management. Mentor staff, interface with senior clients and public officials, and ensure programs meet strategic objectives and performance targets.

Perform hydraulic and hydrologic modeling, calibrate models with field data, analyze system performance, identify and design improvements, prepare master plans and technical reports, support project management, and mentor junior staff for water, stormwater, and wastewater systems.
