Develops technical standards, ensures quality across national project teams, advises clients, supports practice governance, mentors staff, and contributes to training, technical presentations, regulatory negotiations, and multidisciplinary project delivery.

Leads growth and business development for the Program Management practice, primarily serving water and wastewater infrastructure clients. Develops go-to-market strategies, opportunity pipelines, capture plans, competitive positioning, proposals, and executive client relationships. Partners with business units, marketing, technical leaders, and multidisciplinary teams to secure strategic pursuits and profitable growth. Creates differentiated service offerings and sales enablement materials, represents the company at industry events, and mentors less experienced staff.
