The Process Mechanical Designer will assist in the design of mechanical piping and equipment layouts for water and wastewater facilities, ensure accuracy in project specifications, and develop detailed mechanical drawings.

Design and develop 2D/3D electrical and I&C drawings for water and wastewater facilities. Perform cable tray/conduit and equipment layout, lighting and circuit design, coordinate models across disciplines, manage schedules, and mentor junior staff. Ensure compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements while using Revit/AutoCAD.

Lead the Saint Louis office to grow municipal water, wastewater, and stormwater business through client development, sales, staffing, budgeting, proposal preparation, project delivery oversight, and team leadership. Drive market planning, resource allocation, employee coaching, and operational execution to meet revenue and delivery goals while fostering a positive, inclusive culture.
