Provide financial aid counseling and process awards by verifying applications, analyzing income/budgets, accessing federal student-aid systems, reconciling records, resolving discrepancies, and assisting students and departments with financial aid documentation and reporting.

Evaluate transfer and military academic records using degree-audit and student evaluation systems; ensure FERPA and regulatory compliance; update records, order transcripts, consult with institutions and college departments, assist faculty/staff/students, and train entry-level staff.

Provide holistic academic and career advising using a case-management approach from enrollment through graduation. Assess transcripts and transfer credits, develop academic plans, monitor student progress, make referrals to support services, conduct group and career sessions, process transient forms, collaborate with faculty/staff, and participate in college committees to improve retention and graduation outcomes.
