Perform manual deck and cargo handling on barges: load/offload equipment and materials, rig and inspect gear, maintain barge cleanliness, follow foreman direction, and use stop-work authority for safety.

Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, repairs, and operate barge and BBI/NRBL equipment. Maintain spare parts inventory and barge readiness. Enter and close work orders and inspections in HELM. Operate spud units and follow safety protocols, including Stop Work Authority.

Maintain and repair barge mechanical systems including hydraulic, pneumatic, engines, pumps, generators, valves, piping, and consumables. Perform preventative maintenance, record work in CMMS, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, manage spare parts inventory, coordinate with captain/tug/shore for operations, and participate in safety programs.
