Leads enterprise HR Operations and manages HR Business Partners across multiple business units. Oversees employee relations, investigations, performance management, compliance, audits, AAP/OFCCP requirements, HRIS optimization, reporting, policy administration, process improvement, and cross-functional HR initiatives. Partners with Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, and business leaders to improve HR service delivery and develops a consistent, effective HR function.

Maintain and repair barge mechanical systems including hydraulic, pneumatic, engines, pumps, generators, valves, piping, and consumables. Perform preventative maintenance, record work in CMMS, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, manage spare parts inventory, coordinate with captain/tug/shore for operations, and participate in safety programs.
