Supports the daily operation of a high-end wellbeing centre by welcoming guests and practitioners, managing bookings and communications, maintaining databases, assisting with retreats and events, preparing spaces, supporting shop sales, and completing building, safety, opening, and closing checks. The role combines hospitality, administration, guest experience, event support, and hands-on operational assistance.

Provide front‑of‑house service across multiple on‑site venues: waiting, POS operation, guest arrivals, reception, event setup/clear‑down, basic cleaning, laundry, and support for retreats, weddings, and wellbeing activities.
