Oversee daily operations for a 126-unit apartment community, including financial performance, occupancy, budgeting, compliance, reporting, inspections, collections, and delinquency reduction. Lead and develop office and maintenance teams, manage hiring, maintain property appearance, and support resident satisfaction. The role requires multifamily property management experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; Entrata experience is preferred.
