Manage Brooks footwear, apparel, and accessory sales across Southwest Germany, driving territory revenue, margins, sell-in, and sell-through. Responsibilities include managing retail accounts, entering orders, executing grassroots sales programs, forecasting demand, developing annual account plans, analyzing competitors and marketplace activity, and coordinating with technical representatives. The role requires extensive customer travel, including store visits, trade shows, and sales meetings.

Owns and supports the Infor M3 ERP across EMEA, partnering with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, Logistics, and global technology teams. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, designing business processes, creating functional specifications, testing, monitoring performance, supporting upgrades and production issues, documenting interfaces and workflows, assisting EDI onboarding, and maintaining automation scripts. The role requires strong troubleshooting, stakeholder communication, supply chain process knowledge, database querying, and ITIL-based systems administration.

Manage research programs in exercise physiology to enhance runner performance and reduce injuries, collaborating with product teams, analyzing data, and leading innovative studies.
