Owns and supports the Infor M3 ERP across EMEA, partnering with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, Logistics, and global technology teams. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, designing business processes, creating functional specifications, testing, monitoring performance, supporting upgrades and production issues, documenting interfaces and workflows, assisting EDI onboarding, and maintaining automation scripts. The role requires strong troubleshooting, stakeholder communication, supply chain process knowledge, database querying, and ITIL-based systems administration.

Supports EMEA leaders and employees through talent management, performance management, succession planning, organizational design, workforce planning, change management, employee relations, compensation reviews, DEI initiatives, and HR service delivery. Advises on regional employment laws and regulatory compliance, builds organizational capability, tracks workforce trends, and partners with HR teams. Requires international HR experience, Workday or similar HRIS knowledge, and French or German language proficiency preferred.

Supports footwear manufacturing engineering across Asia by improving processes, productivity, quality, and cost through Lean, industrial engineering, automation, and data-driven studies. Responsibilities include planning engineering projects, commissioning equipment, collaborating with factory partners, resolving production issues, evaluating compliance, optimizing facility layouts, and influencing operational improvements. Requires engineering expertise, manufacturing experience, machine commissioning knowledge, statistical experiment design, footwear manufacturing knowledge, and 25% domestic or international travel.
