The role requires Florida licensure and at least five years of personal injury litigation experience. This is a full-time, onsite position in Winter Haven, Florida.

Entry-level personal injury attorney managing cases under senior attorney guidance. Responsibilities include interviewing clients, evaluating claims, drafting legal documents, communicating with clients and opposing parties, participating in depositions, mediations, and hearings, negotiating settlements, and maintaining organized case files.

Maintains the law firm’s financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, reporting, payroll support, and vendor records. Manages attorney trust and IOTA accounts, client ledgers, deposits, disbursements, settlement reconciliations, and compliance documentation. The role requires accurate separation of client trust funds from operating funds, timely discrepancy resolution, confidentiality, and proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
