Owns the strategy, roadmap, revenue, profitability, growth, and lifecycle of an assigned semiconductor automation product line. Develops business plans, forecasts, pricing, market positioning, and go-to-market strategies; identifies customer and market opportunities; manages product launches and optimization; and leads cross-functional collaboration across engineering, sales, operations, service, and quality.

Own global supply chain planning process governance across demand planning, supply planning, SIOP, and inventory optimization. Lead process transformation, blueprinting, configuration, and adoption of Oracle Cloud SCP. Drive standardization, master data governance, advanced analytics, and reduction of manual planning processes. Collaborate globally with Operations, Procurement, Manufacturing, Finance, IT, Sales, and other process owners to improve planning performance, integrate value streams, and support growth and M&A initiatives.

Leads production and materials planning across Brooks Automation Malaysia. Owns demand-to-supply alignment, master production scheduling, capacity planning, material readiness, inventory optimization, ERP discipline, and NPI or site-transfer planning. Manages planning teams, establishes KPIs, resolves supply shortages and production constraints, and collaborates with manufacturing, procurement, engineering, logistics, quality, and global planning stakeholders to improve delivery performance and operational efficiency.
