Teams at Brooks Automation

Provide on-site installation, diagnosis, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of complex semiconductor automation equipment. Approve operational quality, instruct customers on operation and maintenance, coordinate with internal teams, support cleanroom operations, and travel domestically and internationally (up to ~60%).

Lead quality activities for Brooks and contract manufacturers, including failure analysis, CAPA and 8D problem solving, statistical data analysis (DOE, SPC, ANOVA, Gauge R&R), quality audits, NPI process support, and customer-facing escalation management to ensure product and process conformance to company, customer, and regulatory requirements.

Leads manufacturing cost accounting, including standard costing, inventory valuation, variance analysis, financial close, controls, audits, and cost reporting. Partners with Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, and Finance leadership to improve performance and decision-making. Manages cost accounting priorities and team development while supporting standard cost rolls, product costing, journal entries, reconciliations, process improvements, and internal controls.
