The Talent Development Partner supports Brooks' high-performance culture by facilitating leadership capabilities, improving performance practices, and developing actionable tools and resources across teams. This role focuses on execution and measurable progress in talent development and organizational effectiveness.

Lead daily production activities on an assigned semiconductor line to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets. Coach and train technicians, enforce SOPs, ESD and cleanroom procedures, monitor performance and equipment, support new product introductions, drive continuous improvement (5S/Lean), and assist root cause investigations.
