Leads end-to-end game-night production for the Brooklyn Nets, New York Liberty, and Long Island Nets. Oversees creative development, scripts, runs of show, rehearsals, live execution, entertainment talent, production teams, budgets, schedules, safety, contingencies, and cross-functional partnerships. Manages post-event reviews and improvements while supporting external events and fan experiences. Requires extensive live-event production and people-management experience, strong operational judgment, and familiarity with in-venue production technology.

Supports live game presentation for Long Island Nets home games by coordinating contests, performers, talent, hosts, camera blocking, giveaways, venue setup, and game-day logistics. The role helps create an energetic fan experience, requires availability for at least 70% of home games, late-night scheduling, reliable transportation, and attendance before and after games.

Generates new business revenue by selling Brooklyn Nets memberships, premium seating, group outings, and related event products. The role prospectively builds pipelines, conducts consultative sales presentations, cross-sells offerings, manages CRM records, meets revenue goals, hosts prospective customers at events, and develops long-term customer relationships. It also collaborates with internal teams and participates in networking and community events to generate qualified leads.
