Manage and grow high-profile partnership accounts by executing sponsored assets, promotions, hospitality packages, community programs, media, and signage. Develop account marketing strategies, maintain sponsor and media relationships, support renewals and upsells, and identify opportunities to increase partner value. Collaborate across departments on sponsored programs, host sponsors at events, and oversee in-arena promotions. The role requires strong organization, communication, relationship management, and goal-oriented execution.

Leads enterprise Data Science, Business Intelligence, and Data Engineering functions. Builds scalable data architecture, semantic layers, self-service analytics, AI and machine learning capabilities, predictive models, pipelines, governance standards, and customer-focused analytics. Manages multidisciplinary technical teams, partners with business leaders, drives data adoption, and translates analytics into revenue, engagement, retention, and operational outcomes.

Leads tourism group sales strategy and a team of 2–5 account executives across sports, entertainment, and hospitality properties. Develops revenue plans, identifies domestic and international markets, manages travel-trade and distribution partnerships, oversees sales processes and forecasting, and coordinates with Legal, Finance, Marketing, Operations, and Guest Experience. Requires strong Salesforce adoption, partnership development, pipeline management, and leadership. The role includes event attendance, evenings, weekends, and less than 5% travel.
